Youth Fishing Derby – NEW DATE

MYDP would like to invite Meskwaki Youth to a fishing trip @ our property in West Bend!

This property is very scenic and peaceful. It has 3 ponds that are all great for youth anglers to learn fishing basics. We have, however, specified an age group (5th-HS) in order to address any concerns about the layout of the property, supervision and length of the bus ride to West Bend (approximately 2.5 hours)

All gear will be provided as well as a lunch.

We plan to enjoy the property for approximately 3 hours and be back at MSS @ approximately 6pm (unless the fish are really biting, we will be later.

Ways to sign up your youth participant(s) :

Your participant will need a waiver signed and turned in by Friday, September 22nd. Physical copies are available at the tribal center with the receptionist, they can also be turned in at that location. We are working on a digital copy being available and will update this flyer when that is ready.

-Drop-off @ 8:30am, MSS common area.

-Bus loads @ 8:45am and departs @ 9am, sharp.

-Pick-up @ approximately 6pm, MSS common area.

*Special note* This particular tribal property calls for an Iowa fishing license for anyone 16 years or older. These can be obtained at Walmart in the sporting goods section and possibly other nearby locations.
