Diabetes Program is hosting a Walking Challenge in the month of May. Diabetes Program challenges you to walk 12,000 steps each day for a total of 30 days.Warmer weather means more time outside walking with your family. Let’s continue to live a healthier lifestyle.
Remember – 30 minutes of exercise each day can improve your health!
Forms will be available at the Rec Center and Health Clinic. Participants that complete the challenge will be put into a drawing for new bikes, there will be three (3) adult winners and three (3) youth winners!
