Housing Program “Lighting up the Sett”, Christmas Lights Contest

Meskwaki Nation Housing Program will be hosting a Christmas lights contest. Our theme will be “Lighting up the Sett”. You may enter the contest starting Monday, November 27, 2023.  Deadline for entering into the contest will be Wednesday, December 20^th.  Judging for the contest will be December 21, 2023.

To enter the contest you will come to Meskwaki Nation Housing Program to fill out an entry form and receive your entry # which will need to be displayed in your yard.

Join in the fun by entering your home in the Meskwaki Housing Program Lights competition.  Entrants must live on the Meskwaki Settlement. Decoration design is entirely up to you. This is a friendly competition to bring Holiday cheer to our Community.

There will be a 1^st,2^nd  and 3^rd place for winning. Winners will be announced at a later date. All those who enter their home into the contest will receive a $20 giftcard for participation.   We will have periodic updates on our Facebook page for prizes and more information.
