Meskwaki Youth Development Program will be hosting a Halloween Masquerade Powwow on Saturday, October 28th at the Meskwaki Recreation & Community Center! Registration opens at 4:00pm and Grand Entry at 5:00pm.
There will be Costume Contests, Cake Contest, Pumpkin Carving Contest, Food Vendors & More!

• Cutest Baby (0-24 Months)
• Scaries Baby (0-24 Months)
• Tiny Tots (3-6 Years)
• Youth (7-12 Years)
• Teens (13-17 Years)
• Adults (18+)
🎃👻 Halloween Cake Contest – 3 Places will Receive Gift Card
• Bring your cake by 6pm for judging
• All cakes will be used for a cake walk
🎃👻 Halloween Pumpkin Carving Contest – Two Categories with 3 Places for Each Category, Sponsored by the Meskwaki Apprenticeship Program
• Most Creative – 3 Places
• Most Scariest – 3 Places
• Bring your pumpkins by 6pm for judging
