Today the Meskwaki Natural Resources will be having a Buffalo Meat Distribution at the Tribal Center Entrance from 9:00 – 10:00 am and again later from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.
During this Meat Distribution Enrolled Members will receive 5lbs of buffalo meat! Also, you can receive one extra pound of ground meat if you bring a reusable bag! There will be ground, stew and roasts available.
Specialty parts available at South Farm include: kidney, liver, heart tongue and you can sign up for hides and skulls too!
