SettFit Challenge Hits Midway Point

GREAT JOB to each of you for completing the first half of our SettFit Challenge (ends this Sunday). For those who competed, we’ll be awarding each of you with a SettFit Challenge Tee Shirt and a copy of our SettFit Challenge Cookbook. We’ll also be raffling off FIVE $25 Amazon gift cards. One raffle entry for each “Special Activity” you participated in during the last six weeks. Make sure all your activities have been completed and your apps are synced!
We’ll go LIVE to draw the names of the winners of the gift cards on Thursday, March 4 at 1 PM on our SettFit Challenge Group’s Facebook page.
To “kick-off” the second half of the challenge, the team will be offering (if you wish to participate in) a weigh-in for body composition (Impedance Testing). We’re offering this to anyone wishing to track body fat, weight, muscle mass, etc. during the 2nd half of this challenge. You can stop in to the Health Clinic anytime on Monday, March 1st through Wednesday, March 3rd for the weigh-in. It’s worth 750 points. (Masks and social distancing required). We will then offer testing again at the end of the challenge so you can see before and after results!
Stop by the Health Clinic on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (March 1 – 3) between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM to weigh-in. If you are unavailable during this timeframe, contact Ashley or Jennifer to set up an alternate weigh-in time.
Even if you choose not to participate in the weigh-in, please stop by the clinic next week to pick up your tee shirt and cookbook!
The Happiness Challenge – SettFit Part 2 starts on Monday, March 1st. Being happy and healthy go hand-in-hand, and this challenge provides an opportunity to learn about the many benefits of happiness and different ways to channel it. In addition to the current weight loss and healthy body goals you’ve been building toward over the last six weeks, the Meskwaki SettFit team will be working in collaboration with Meskwaki Behavioral Health Services to bring you fun activities and even more information to help you be the best you possible!
During this 2nd part of the challenge, you will earn Wellable Points for tracking physical and nutritional activity AND by practicing different Happy Habits. Check your emails for weekly prizes, grand prizes info, and how to earn points as points have changed for the 2nd half of this challenge.
Those who didn’t participate in the 1st half of our challenge, can join in on the fun and learning opportunities being offered during the second half of the challenge. Just log into Wellable to get started!
