Group Workout

Join us for a high intensity, no weights group workout! These workouts are open to the Meskwaki Community (high school age and up) and SettFit Participants – SettFit Participants will earn points. *Modified versions of workouts available. High Intensity, No Weights Group Workout on Tues., April 4th and Thur., April 6th beginning at 6:00pm in the Tribal Center Gym. At each event there will be 3 prize drawings (a total of 6 winners!). Prizes include: $50 Amazon Gift Cards and Protein House Gift Cards.
