NOTICE TO PUBLIC
At its regular meeting convened on May 14, 2025, the Tribal Council approved Title 15 Water Quality Standards of the Code of the Sac & Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa to be sent for a 30 day comment period.
Accordingly, a copy of the proposed Title 15 is immediately available for public review by the membership and comment through June 16, 2025. You may review a copy of the subject law at the tribal center or by contacting:
