MYDP COED 3v3 Basketball Tournament

Please fill out a google form to submit a team! BELOW IS THE LINK, Click on it and it will take you to the form.

MYDP will not hold a spot. Teams will NEED to fill the form out. The form will ask for an email. MYDP will send an email to the parent/coach of the team. An email will consist of the teams’ approval, rules, and playing times. Once you received an email then you will be asked to come pay the team’s fee asap.
