Monday:

  • 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.: Senior Strength on the Track
  • 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.: Group Strength Training in the Weight Room
  • 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.: Senior Fitness on the Track
  • 5:15 – 6:00 p.m.: Kettlebell Training on the Turf

Tuesday:

  • 6:15 – 7:15 a.m.: Yoga in the Fitness Studio
  • 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.: Senior Strenth on the Track
  • 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.: Group Strength Training in the Weight Room
  • 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.: Senior Fitness on the Track
  • 4:45 – 5:45 p.m.: Yoga in the Fitness Studio

Wednesday:
