PLEASE TAKE OUR PUBLIC SAFETY SURVEY
The Meskwaki Nation Police Department invites the Meskwaki community to take this Public Safety Survey. It will take approximately five minutes of your time and is completely confidential. Your participation will help our agency to improve its services, processes, and reputation. The survey is designed to gather opinions and experiences from members of our community. The survey assesses five key components: Community Involvement, Safety, Procedural Justice, Performance, and Contact Satisfaction.
You may complete this survey anonymously. However, MNPD will be conducting a drawing to give away $25 gift cards, 5 winners will be awarded. Contact info will need to be provided in order to participate in the drawing. Only community members within a 25 mile radius are eligible. The survey will close on Friday, February 28 at 4:30 PM with the raffle held on Monday, March 2. Winners will be announced on the MNPD’s Facebook page and at www.meskwaki.org. All Native community members within a 25 mile radius are eligible.
You may come into contact with multiple law enforcement agencies, but please answer the questions thinking only about the Meskwaki Nation Police Department. Please indicate your response to each item by selecting the appropriate answer based on your feelings, opinions, and experiences. You may skip any survey items you do not feel comfortable responding to or know how to answer, but we encourage you to respond to as many items as possible. This is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers. Please answer each question honestly. The survey is completely confidential and your participation is unidentifiable. The survey was developed by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) with the support of ICF International and law enforcement experts and adapted for our use.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
Police Chief Jeffrey Bunn
