Meskwaki Tribal Court and Iowa Legal Aid have partnered together to bring you a FREE Legal Clinic on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 1:30p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Meskwaki Justice Center (307 Meskwaki Rd., Tama).
Iowa Legal Aid attorneys will be available to assist you with:
• Protection Orders
• Divorce
• Custody/Visitation
• Child Support
• Expungement
• Evictions
• Taxes
• Other: Small Claims, etc.
>> NO CRIMINAL CASES are eligible
Attorneys will be on-site at Tribal Court to provide legal consultation/advice, and could potentially result in representation.
