Meskwaki Senior Services is seeking bids from interested parties to provide snow removal services. The successful contractor shall remove snow in a timely manner from each house identified by the Tribe and in the order identified by the Tribe any time there is a snow fall event of one (1) or more inches. Snow removal shall be from the driveway to the main door of the home. This includes removal of snow from the driveway to the pathways, ramps, and steps. The removal must be sufficient to allow the resident safe access to the end of the driveway from the main door of the home by foot or by vehicle. All areas in which snow was removed shall also be treated with pet-friendly ice melt as well. Contractor must provide proof of business liability insurance within 48 hours of award.

Bids shall be submitted with a flat fee per residence per occurrence for the following measurable snowfall events:
Flat Rate per Removal 1” up to 3.99” ________/event
Flat Rate per Removal 4” up to 7.99” ________/event
Flat Rate per Removal 8” and greater ________/event
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 by Elizabeth Dolezal, Procurement Coordinator, at the Meskwaki Tribal Center, 349 Meskwaki Road, Tama, IA 52339.
