Meskwaki 10-Week Dual SettFit Challenge is set to begin February 13th through April 21st. Weigh-ins will be held Feb. 6-10 at the Health Clinic and/or Wellness Center. *Every participant gets a $25 Gift Card for signing up!
Three Categories:
- Muscle
- Weight
- Points
One (1) Team to Win Overall in Each Category:
- $500 Scheels Gift Card for each winning team member!
- This means there is $3000 TOTAL for Overall Winners
Two-Person Teams (18+):
- Teams must have a Team Name
- Teams can be mixed, i.e. Female/Male
- Meskwaki Community and Tribal Employees are encouraged to participate
- Participants will receive one pair of sweats
Bi-Weekly Drawings: Four drawings total with five (5) teams being drawn to win incentives throughout the 10-week challenge
Halfway Mark Motivational Event (date TBD): Featuring a Group Exercise, Motivational Speaker Presentation and a Potluck
