Iowa Legal Aid attorneys will be at the Meskwaki Justice Center to assist with:
Protection Orders, Divorce, Custody/Visitation, Child Support, Taxes, Domestic Violence, Orders of Protection, Expungement, Small Claims & Debt Collection, Wills & Life Planning, Powers of Attorney, Disability/Unemployment, 60+ Elder Law, Elder Abuse, Guardianship (Adult & Minor). Not sure if they can help with your issue? Just come and ask! *Sorry NO CRIMINAL CASES are eligible.
ILA Attorneys will be on site at Tribal Court to provide legal consultation/adive, and could potentially result in representation. To qualify for legal aid you must meet the income guidelines.
