Meskwaki Tribal Court and Iowa Legal Aid have teamed up to offer the Meskwaki Community a FREE Legal Clinic on Friday, February 24, 2023.
Iowa Legal Aid attorneys will be at the Meskwaki Justice Center (located at 307 Meskwaki Road, Tama IA 52339) to assist with:
- Protection Orders
- Divorce
- Custody/Visitation
- Child Support
- Expungement
- Evictions
- Taxes
- Other: Small Claims, etc.
- Sorry, NO CRIMINAL CASES are eligible
Attorneys will be here on-site at Tribal Court to provide legal consultation/advice, and could potentially result in representation.
APPOINTMENTS ARE PREFERRED – Call (641) 484-9300. Walk-ins are welcome also but first come, first served!
