Food Safety Handler Training for Powwow Vendors

All Meskwaki powwow food vendors: Food safety classes will be held next Tuesday, August 6th and Wednesday, August 7th, 2024 at 1:30p-3:30p and 5:30p-7:30p in one of the break out rooms (convention center) at the casino. EVERYONE (all ages) that are handling food or are considered a food vendor must take these classes. If it’s a new certification or you need to renew, make sure you make it. Inspections at powwow are possible from Thursday-Saturday. Also Drayton will be at the powwow grounds next Tuesday evening and most of the day next Wednesday for vendor set up. Again if anyone has questions or concerns please feel free to come up and talk to Drayton Roberts or any other committee member.
