Come to talk to Christina Alamo, the new Diabetes Project Coordinator at Meskwaki Tribal Health Clinic
We will have lunch and time to talk about how the diabetes program can help you control your diabetes. We will also have Jennifer the dietitian there to talk about the incentive program! Bring your ideas of Incentive that you would like to see for 2023!
