Diabetes Program – Walking for Your Health Challenge (Adults, 18+)
Challenge Dates: January 1-31, 2025
Start the new year being active and healthy! All participants will receive a t-shirt.
Challenge participants must walk for at least 60 minutes five (5) days each week in January. You can walk on your own schedule at the Meskwaki Rec Center. Tracking forms will be available at the Rec center and Health Clinic. Participants that complete 80% of the walking series will be eligible for new walking shoes! *Participants must be Native American to be eligible for new walking shoes. Tracking forms must be turned in by February 7th in order to be eligible for the incentive.
