A message to the Settlement Community:
Garbage Service is temporarily suspended, due to a mechanical issue with the garbage truck.
The dumpsters are currently being manually emptied and the garbage bags picked up from around the dumpster.
Please do not dispose of your garbage if the dumpsters are full. The Tama County Landfill is open if you wish to dispose of the garbage yourself.
We will let you know when the garbage service will resume. Thank you for your cooperation.
