• Higher Education Program Application
• Copy of FAFSA Submission Summary (apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov)
• Acceptance Letter OR Proof of Registering for Classes

REMINDER: All students need to submit official transcriptions for Spring 2025 semester/term within thirty (30) days after the last day of classes to continue receiving funding assistance.
