A mailing was sent out on Friday to enrolled tribal members with information and forms that need to be completed for Coronavirus emergency relief funding.
Finance is asking for tribal members to hold onto the forms until the end of the month, when they hand out the first round of Covid checks, Wednesday September 30th through Friday October 2nd.
If enrolled members have not received these forms, they may stop in and pick up blank forms, but do not hand them in until the first round distribution, September 30th through Friday October 2nd. If you are unable to attend these three days and need to mail in forms, please be sure all three forms are filled out and notarized. Checks will be mailed to the address we have on file.
