The Meskwaki Settlement School Language Department hosted the Kitebekabeni Valentine’s Round Dance on Wednesday, February 11 in the Elementary Gym. Families, students, staff, and community members came together for an evening of song, dance, and connection.
The event began with a shared meal and continued with dancing, a cake walk, and door prizes. The round dance brought people of all ages together and reflected the ongoing commitment to language, culture, and community at Meskwaki Settlement School.
