The final day of spring break for students from the Meskwaki Settlement School was held on Friday, March 20, at the Meskwaki Recreation and Community Center. The week wrapped up with a full day of in-house activities that brought students together to enjoy their last day.
Throughout the day, students took part in arts and crafts, spent time playing air hockey and video games, and competed in a Hot Wheels race. The races were a highlight of the afternoon, with winners from each age bracket earning Amazon Fire tablets as prizes.
The Meskwaki Recreation and Community Center provided a welcoming space for students to stay active and engaged during spring break. A special thank you to the Recreation Center staff for organizing and hosting activities for the kids throughout the week.
