Spring break is well underway for Meskwaki Settlement School students at the Meskwaki Recreation and Community Center. This morning, students put their creativity and skills to the test during a paper airplane contest, with winners earning their choice of Hot Wheels cars. The fun continued with a high-energy game of Monkey in the Middle, keeping everyone active and engaged.
After a morning full of activities, the group boarded the bus to enjoy a showing of the movie Hoppers. The spring break fun isn’t slowing down, as plans are already set for tomorrow’s outing. Students will head to Wayward Social in Marshalltown for a day of bowling, with the bus departing at 10:30 a.m.
