Meskwaki Nation Police Department, with the blessing from Rita’s family, will be hosting a #Run4Rita Walk/Run Event for her birthday, on Wednesday, June 1st at 5:30PM. Location and route to be announced soon. Rita Papakee went missing on January 16, 2015. She deserves to come home. Show support for Rita, her family and the MMIW movement.
Participants will receive a t-shirt and a safety/alert whistle and flashlight combo, while supplies last.
