In partnership with the American Red Cross, Meskwaki Emergency Management will be hosting a Sheltering Class for volunteers who would like to help with any shelter activities that may be needed in an emergency. This Sheltering Class is open to the public, however, limited spots are available for each session. The goal is for volunteers to learn how to set up a human shelter according to Red Cross guidelines.
Sheltering Class
- Class #1: Friday, April 8th from 4pm-8pm
- Class #2: Saturday, April 9th from 9am-1pm
- Held at MBCH in the Red Earth Conference Room
