Archery for ALL AGES begins at 4:00 pm in the Elementary Gym. – Sponsored by Meskwaki Natural Resources Fish and Wildlife Branch.
Meal will be served at 5:00 pm in the Commons.
Join us for our 2nd annual community meal celebrating seasonal foods and the hunters whose skills provide wild game. Our seasonal meal will feature a variety of wild game dishes, including some local favorites.
To help us reduce our reliance on single use paper and plastic, we ask attendees to bring their own reusable plates and utensils.

During this Holiday Meat Distribution Enrolled Members will receive 5lbs of buffalo meat! Also, you can receive one extra pound of ground meat if you bring a reusable bag! There will be ground, stew and roasts available.
Specialty parts available at South Farm include: kidney, liver, heart tongue and you can sign up for hides and skulls too!

Join the Meskwaki Diabetes Program along with the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach program for Free Well-being Lunch and Learns on Tuesdays in December and January from 12:00 – 12:45 pm at the Meskwaki Health Clinic. A FREE lunch will be provided at each Lunch and Learn!

The Meskwaki Tribal Museum will have a special guest, Tatiana Ergova tonight. This event will be held at the Meskwaki Cultural Center and Museum and it will begin at 6:00 pm.
Tatiana is a scholar visiting from the Arctic in Russia and is from the Saami tribe. She would like to share her culture with the community. Tatiana is a beadworker and would like to demonstrate her technique as well as learn about our methods of beaded.
We hope you can stop in and not only learn about another culture, but to share some of your own knowledge.

NOTICE OF NOMINATION MEETING
A Nomination Meeting will be held on February 4, 2020 in the gymnasium at the Sac & Fox Tribal Center on the Meskwaki Settlement at 7:00 pm.
If the attendance is less than 30% of eligible voters of the Tribe at the first Nomination Meeting, a second Nomination Meeting will be held on February 5, 2020 at 7:00 pm.

There will be a Walk In Registration event on Wednesday, February 5 from 3:30-5:00 pm at the Tribal Center Snack Bar. The deadline to sign up through MYP is Feb. 17th by 4:30 pm. There is a $30.00 registration fee. (*Payment plans available). Final payment is due by March 13th at 4:30 pm.
