Meskwaki Natural Resources will be having a Buffalo Meat Distribution on Tuesday, January 7th at the Tribal Center Entrance from 9:00 – 10:00 am and again later from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.
During this Holiday Meat Distribution Enrolled Members will receive 5lbs of buffalo meat! Also, you can receive one extra pound of ground meat if you bring a reusable bag! There will be ground, stew and roasts available.
Specialty parts available at South Farm include: kidney, liver, heart tongue and you can sign up for hides and skulls too!

The next Tribal Council Meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 it will begin at 5:00 pm and be held in the Tribal Chambers.
Enrolled Tribal Members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The Meskwaki Youth Program is having a Girls Lacrosse Parent Meeting on January 15 from 7-8pm in the MSS High School Commons.
This is for Girls in Grades 4th – 6th, also please note there will be a $30 Registration Fee.
During this Parent Meeting the following will be discussed:
- Coaches
- Girls Team Name/Logo/Colors/Uniform
- Practice Times
- Upcoming Clinics
- Lacrosse Games and Tournaments

5:00 pm – Kiwisenibeni, Meal will be served in Commons
6:00 pm – Kiaditobeni Kekoani, Crafts in the Elementary Gym

Meskwaki Settlement School
Starting Thursday, March 19th the Meskwaki Settlement School, including offices, will be closed. However, the elementary and middle/high schools will be open this Wednesday, March 18th from 2-6pm to allow students to retrieve essential items (like medication, laptops, etc.). If you need to get your child’s medication, an authorized adult MUST sign for it. It cannot be given to children. We are in the process of sanitizing our buildings, so access should be quick and targeted to retrieve only the items you need. Communication regarding academic support will be sent home from the school later today. Families may utilize the email directory located on the school’s webpage to connect with staff during the closing.
