- Meeting called to order at 4:00 m.
- Roll Call
Presiding Officer: Anthony Waseskuk, Chairman
Tribal Council present: Adrian Pushetonequa, Vice-Chairman; Troy Wanatee, Jarvis Bear; Apollo Davenport
Absent: Delonda Pushetonequa, Treasurer and Harvey Davenport, Jr.
Staff present: Yolanda Pushetonequa, Tribal Council Secretary; Oliviah Walker, Deputy Executive Director.
- Ascertainment of Quorum – A quorum was ascertained with 5 council members present.
- Agenda approval
The Chairman asked for any changes or additions to the agenda. Motion made by Jarvis Bear to approve the agenda as presented. Troy Wanatee seconded. Vote: 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
- New Business
- MBCH Liquor License Application Approval
Dirk Whitebreast, MBCH GM Non-Gaming, and Jon Papakee, MBCH GM Gaming, present an application for liquor licensing.
Motion made by Apollo Davenport to approve Class I Liquor License for Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel. Jarvis Bear seconded. Vote: 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
- MBCH Liquor License Application Approval
Dirk Whitebreast, MBCH GM Non-Gaming, and Jon Papakee, MBCH GM Gaming, present an application for liquor licensing. Chairman states that these budgets were covered on this past Tuesday’s work session on September 25, 2018. Chairman asks for questions and comments.
Motion made by Jarvis Bear to approve Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel’s annual budgets. Troy Wanatee seconded. Vote: 4 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
