3. Ascertainment of Quorum – A quorum was ascertained with 5 council members present.
4. Appoint Dawson Davenport to interim Chairman.
Motion by Drayton Roberts to nominate Dawson Davenport as interim Chairman. Clinton Bear seconded. Vote 4 yes, 0 no. Motion Carried.
Motion by Dawson Davenport to nominate Clinton Bear as interim Vice-Chairman. Zane Old Bear seconded. Vote: 4 yes, 0 no. Motion Carried.
5. Order Special Election
Motion by Drayton Roberts to order election committee to hold the special election on November 5, 2019. Clinton Bear seconded. Vote 4 yes, 0 no. Motion Carried.

Set for November 13, 2019
