Staff Present: Joann Youngbear, Interim Executive Director; Anneka Davenport Interim Human Resources Director
Tribal members: Leigh Lasley, Mylene Wanatee, Alexis Walker, Delbert Davenport, Travis Davenport, Adolph Bear, Lyle Davenport, Mary Youngbear, Leann Morgan, Nina Youngbear, Preston Duncan, Avis Bear-Bass, Nicole Kapayou, LaQuetta Ward, Leah Slick-Driscoll, Lauryn Keahna, Jeremiah Johnson, Jada Sanache, Allison Lasley, Steadman Brown.
- Ascertainment of Quorum – A quorum was ascertained with 7 council members

Chairman Davenport asked for any changes or additions to the agenda. Motion made by Delonda Pushetonequa to approve the agenda, Clinton Bear seconded. Vote: 6 yes, 0 No. Motion Carried.
