Minors (those under the age of 18) are now eligible to receive a Tribal ID. Parents/Guardians must complete an updated Minors Information Form. CLICK HERE to update the Meskwaki Tribal Enrollment Department regarding the minor’s needed information. Please fill out one form for EACH minor child.
Once completed, parents will be notified to pick up the ID at the Tribal Center. For those out-of-town/state members, the ID can be mailed.
Paper forms are also available to be filled out at the Tribal Center.
