The Meskwaki Nation to Update its Strategic Plan.  We Need Your Help!

The Meskwaki Nation is in the midst of updating its 10-year Strategic Plan.  In order to ensure the plan is aligned with the priorities and needs of the Nation, it is important for those affiliated with the Nation to have an opportunity for input.  This survey is designed to be that opportunity for those over the age of 13.

All Tribal community members are encouraged to fill out the survey.  CLICK HERE TO TAKE THE SURVEY or scan in the bar code (below) on your smart phone.  We ask that you encourage your family members to fill the survey out as well.

Paper copies, for those who prefer, will be mailed in the September Meskwaki Nation Times and will also be available at the Tribal Center.  If you’d rather submit a paper copy, please return it to the Tribal Center in a sealed envelope marked “Strategic Plan Survey”.  The survey is completely confidential and will remain open until September 24th.
