Meskwaki Diabetes Program will be hosting their 2nd Annual Golf Outing on Sunday, June 27th at the Tama-Toledo County Club from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
Participants will be in teams of two (2) and will have access to a cart and free 9 holes of golf. *One person on the team must be a patient with diabetes.
The Diabetes Program has reserved the entire course for this event. Lunch will be provided. This is an alcohol free event.
Deadline to sign up to reserve a golf cart is June 18th.
