On Tuesday, December 11, 2018, the President signed into law:
H.R. 1074, which repeals the act that granted the State of Iowa jurisdiction over crimes committed on the Sac and Fox Indian Reservation.
After years of work, this law has been repealed on both the state and federal level. IT IS LAW!
