Senior Wellness Workouts – CANCELED

Senior Wellness Workout is scheduled for Monday, August 1st & Wednesday, August 3rd. Workout will begin at 10:15 a.m. If you need a ride to attend the workout, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 484-9224. Jason and/or Sidney have some great workouts for the Seniors! We hope to see you!
