2022 Meskwaki Annual Powwow Princess Contest

The 2022 Meskwaki Annual Powwow Princess Contest will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2022 starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Meskwaki Powwow Grounds.
Criteria:
- Ages 13-18 years old
- Meskwaki Tribal Member/Descendant
- Enrolled in school
- Single with no children
- Good moral character
- Live within 30 mile radius of Meskwaki Settlement
- Alcohol and drug free
- Present speech describing themselves in Meskwaki language as much as possible
- Must wear traditional regalia
- Positively represent the Meskwaki Tribe at powwows/events all year
- All appearances add photo/video on Meskwaki Powwow FB page
- Promote next years Meskwaki Annual Powwow
All who are eligible and would like to participate, please show up at the Meskwaki Powwow Grounds by 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
