Heart Health Month Lunch & Learn

Join us for a Heart Health Month Lunch & Learn in recognition of National Heart Health Month. This session will focus on simple, practical nutrition tools to support heart health and overall wellness.

Topics include:

  • Knowing your numbers: blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol

  • Understanding sodium and how it affects heart health

  • Fiber basics: what it is and why it matters

We’ll also discuss heart-healthy eating patterns, including foods to eat more often like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and lean proteins – and foods to limit, such as those high in saturated fat, sodium, and added sugars.
