SITE VISIT DETAILS
Dates: January 6, January 7, January 8
Time Slots: 9am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, or 3pm. Each time slot will last approximately 45 minutes to
include a tour of 3 different project sites.
Meeting Location: Meet at Meskwaki Public Works 1632 305th St, Tama, IA 52339
Purpose: To provide potential bidders with an opportunity to view the project site, understand
existing conditions, and formulate questions related to the project scope.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION
RSPV: Interested parties must RSVP with a chosen date and time slot by Friday 1/3/25. RSVP by
emailing Kimberly Damour at [email protected]. Please include the company
and names of attendees in your RSVP.
Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID may be required to access the site.
