A Heartfelt Thank You to the Chicago Bears & Nike from the Meskwaki Nation

We’re incredibly thankful to the Chicago Bears and Nike for bringing their Mini Monsters and High School Youth Football Camp back to the Meskwaki Settlement for a second year in a row. This partnership has quickly become a highlight for our youth, and for our entire community.
With generous support from Nike and the Bears – including equipment, Nike practice jerseys, gear, and expert coaching – our young athletes had an unforgettable day of learning, growing, and connecting through football.
This camp goes far beyond the sport itself. It’s about building confidence and teamwork. From running drills on the field, joining us in traditional dancing at our powwow grounds, and a trip to visit our museum, the Bears staff showed up with open hearts and genuine respect for our community.
We’d like to thank:
🧡 The Bears and Nike for their ongoing investment in our youth
💙 Bears alum Kaseem Sinceno, coach Gustavo Silva, and the entire staff who made the trip
🧡 Everyone who helped behind the scenes— Meskwaki Youth Development Program‘s Activity Coordinator Stacy Youngbear, Meskwaki Annual Meskwaki Powwow‘s Jerod Pushentonequa, Meskwaki Tribal Museum‘s Johnathan Buffalo, Meskwaki Settlement School‘s facilities, volunteers, coaches, families, and dancers
💙 Our young leaders who showed up, worked hard, and represented Meskwaki
Thank you again, Chicago Bears. We’re proud to call you partners and friends.
