On Friday, February 20th the Lady Warriors traveled 3 hours north to face North Union in round 3 of the Regionals tournament. The Lady Warriors went into the 4th quarter behind North Union at 26-41, and would bringing the score as close at 44-49 with the final seconds left. The Lady Warriors fell just short at 44-51.
Despite the season ending, the Lady Warriors had one of the best seasons in the team’s history, finishing as Conference Champions with an overall record of 18-4.
