Meskwaki Public Works Department

Public Works? “What does Public Works have to do with me?”

Well, we are in your lives every single time you …

Drink water from the faucet - Take a shower - Wash the dishes - Do the laundry - Water the plants - Flush - Travel on Settlement roads during spring, summer, fall and winter - Observe traffic, speed, or safety signage - Put the garbage out - Do spring or fall cleaning - Need old appliances picked-up - Need gravel or rock for your driveway - Need the mosquitoes sprayed - And a whole number of other situations that may arise from time to time.

Our guiding philosophy is:

“Public Works Team in Action for the Meskwaki Nation”
