Meskwaki Police Department

The mission of the Meskwaki Nation Police department is to improve the quality of life through the reduction of crime, maintenance of public order and the enhancement of public safety by providing open, honest, and professional law enforcement service while protecting the proud cultural tradition of the Meskwaki people.

Services to the community:

Community oriented policing

Enforce tribal law of the Meskwaki Nation

24 hour patrolling of the Meskwaki Settlement

Assists with ambulance & fire calls

Assists motorists in need of help

Maintain public order

Crime prevention

         

The officers are scheduled on a 24 hour, 7 days a week shift. We can be reached by calling 484-4844. For immediate emergency care, please call 911.
