	Executive Management
	The philosophy of Executive Management is to promote an organizational culture that recognizes the talents, skills, and wisdom of all employees. To further this philosophy, we are committed to practicing a contemporary form of management that embraces teamwork rather than the traditional hierarchical style of decision making.

	We are here to assist, serve, guide, and facilitate:
		To assist the Tribal Council in exercising its responsibilities pursuant to the Tribe's consistution and customs.
		To serve...promote a prompt and courteous service-oriented organization that fulfills the needs of the community members.
		To support and guide our colleagues in attainging goals and objectives through effective team building implementation.
		To facilitate diplomatic relationships between the Tribe and other political subdivisions and/or dignitaries.
